The WTM serves as the primary measuring device and collects data from the refrigeration unit. This information is then transmitted over the wireless mesh network to the receiver.

The Aegis Wireless WTM-CM is a battery operated precision temperature probe with a controlled 900 MHz FCC certified radio transmitter.
- Energy Efficient: The unit has an onboard time of day clock that allows the unit to spend most of the time in a low power state. At predetermined intervals the clock will “wake-up” the system to read and transmit the data.
- Long Range: Depending on the facility’s construction, the WTM-CM can be placed up to
900 feet from the Wireless Manager.
- Sealed Electronics: The WTM-CM electronics ore coated with a conformal material that provides a moisture barrier against condensation.
- High Accuracy: 0.9F (0.5C) from -94F (-70C) to -4F (-20C)
